Carol Rodriguez the store manager is the true essence of a store manager she goes above and beyond for her customers! I ordered off of DD but the item was not listed on DD site I called and spoke to Carol and explained what item I wanted to order CAROL MADE IT HAPPEN!!!! In my book the is AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Great Dunkin’ Donuts, nice stuff and fresh food. They do, however, run out of donuts pretty early most evenings; and inventory management unfortunately goes out the window. Twice I tried to buy the last two of some donut style, only to see them get resold and ultimately handed off to someone several people behind me. Not a big deal, but the staff’s seemingly incredulous belief that this glitch is somehow beyond fixing left me scratching my head.

Can't say enough about this dunkin. The food is always hot & fresh and the coffee is never stale. Customer service is fast & friendly as well.

This tiny, very cute, lady provided some excellent service when I came to order my splendid hot coffee on Wednesday. Her jokes made me want to cry laugh. She told me all about her day when I asked and she was very funny. Her service was SMASHING. She made my coffee very well, it tasted like I was at home in the countryside in my hometown in England sitting next to my four cats and two sons and I will be coming every day just to taste the coffee that was made by her.

Early morning service is SLOW. It is the rule rather than the exception that you will find 10 to 12 vehicles in the drive-thru at the same time a line of 6-10 customers waiting inside. In addition, the employees demonstrate a lackadaisical attitude in providing fast service. Today, once I placed my order for 6 donuts and a cup of coffee, I waited for a full 5 minutes for a small coffee. My grandson and I love the donuts but their service is below substandard in and often not friendly.

This is our go to to Dunkin' Donuts when we're visiting Ashburn. Great service and even better coffee. Hopefully the owner of this location will open one in Newark Delaware. Thanks for the excellent service.
