Panda Express

I normally like Panda because they're a fast food chain that actually has a decent amount of veggies. I just went here and tried to order 4 different things and they had none of them. They said it would take 10 minutes to cook each dish, so I would have to wait 30-40 minutes for one meal. Are all the works just full of orange chicken?? There should be a sign on the menu that items containing vegetables will take extra time.

Like other reviewers, I have also experienced that this location is oftentimes out of items. Like fried rice?? If your only side options are lo mein and fried rice, how do you only have 1/2 options available on a consistent basis? Seems like an issue that can easily be avoided with some forethought and planning. Staff isn’t friendly and seemingly not motivated to work efficiently. Drive thru is extremely slow despite the fact the dining room is closed.

This location is frequently out of items. Often, their rice is really dry and gross. Today, I ordered chow mein and orange chicken. They said it was a 5 min wait for chow mein.. Which is fine. We waited. Then I get home and there's no chow mein in the container. Are you kidding me???? I work in food service also and I've really tried to be understanding with this restaurant but they never get orders right. And they forget the chow mein in my order that I waited for.

Went to panda today and the dining room was closed. Went through the drive through and the cashier said they were only accepting cash. Had cash so I attempted to order Kung Pao chicken and it was unavailable. They were also out of vegetables. This is a regular occurrence. Horrible service. The pandemic was 2 years ago!

Missing items and wrong order for the third time of three orders. How can you mess it up so often? This time I pre-ordered directly through pandas website and paid extra for a vitamin water with a kids meal. I get there and she hands me a bag with a water in it. I said I paid extra for a vitamin water and she just looked at me blankly. I verified on the in store receipt that I did pay extra. She just shrugged at me and said theyre out. I said can I get my 2 bucks back then since I paid extra and she said no because her manager wasn't there. Why isn't the manager there during 6pm dinner rush!? And they cant do a simple $2 refund? I looked at the other reviews for this location and am glad it's not just me having these issues. Ownership seriously needs to overhaul their SOP and management and train their staff better. I will NOT be ordering from here again, period. Three strikes. I'll support local Chinese establishments instead of a corporate chain who can't run their store properly.

Got there after it opened, they had only rice and three entrees available, told us the ones we wanted would be done in 10 minutes. Went and parked, 10 minutes later we’re back in the drive through and they tell us it’ll be 30 minutes for the teriyaki chicken and 10 minutes for the honey chicken. Needless to say we left without any food and will not be coming back to this location ever again.
