I ordered a breakfast burrito mild with steak, no dairy and if possible, no tortilla. I got a extremely spicy regular breakfast burrito smothered with cheese and no meat at all. Like how do you manage to not get a single part of my order correct.
Don’t go here if you are trying to adhere to a diet.
The food isn’t even that good. (Maybe it would’ve been good if I got any meat)

Love them. The food is total comfort.
They ran out of crispy taco shells so I opted for corn.... OMG- that was the best thing that's ever happened. So delicious! They're also always kind and pleasant. The food is made to order and always hot.

Horrible!! Ordered from them for years, but I placed an order for lunch and also ordered salsa today, which I paid for ($2.00). Then ordered extra salsa for the rest of my meal. After ordering, El Jefe charged me an additional $1.62 for a small portion of salsa! What!?!?!? For this??? I understand that it’s not much, but I order from them frequently. First photo is my regular order, next photo is for the extra charge!! 😡😡. Yep…Never going through Grubhub again or ordering from El Fefe!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡. They took my review down!!!

Excellent breakfast burritos and tacos. Fast for takeout or dine in, and great prices for the amount of food you receive. My husband loves the breakfast burrito of the day, I love the carnitas with green chili burrito. This place is great and feels like a secret because it’s tucked away just out of sight.

I ate the Sunday special burrito, which was a chorizo breakfast burrito, hot. It was really good. Well-priced, sloppy. Just right.
