Great food and service , I am a chef and travelled around world and can say this is one of best curries I have ever tasted . Portion was big and total value for money . Momos was must eat , juicy and flavoursome . New ownership has done wonders to place and owner who is also manager is very friendly and customer focused . Highly recommended ,

Just dropped in and ordered two curries off of the meal deal of 13.95 for two curries, large rice and 2 poppadoms. First time I've been in and had a lovely chat with the owner who has not long took over the restaurant, was really nice and wanted feedback on the food and service to ensure its what people want. Well I can definitely say the food was lovely and at a great price I will definitely be back!

Really , really nice Indian food in an attractively decorated restaurant. Atmospheric Indian music playing on the PA while you eat. We really enjoyed the food. The prices were good. Atmosphere was a little lacking due to us eating early on a very quiet night. Hence 4 stars. Will need to reassess when we go when it's a little busier. We'll certainly be eating here again. Recommended.

I booked a meal here with my partner and his parents as we planned on taking advantage of their set menu - £13.95 each for a mixed starter, poppadoms, and main course with naan and rice. You can choose from anything on the menu in terms of main meals and there is more than enough food to go around that we even had leftovers. The food is delicious but not spicy so next time we'll up the ante a little bit and order a hot. Service is average and the place was quite empty so wasn't really an atmosphere, but it gave us time to talk which is always good! Would recommend this to place to anyone as, at £13.95, I don't think it's a risk!

First time ordering from Sitar and I am very pleased with my overall experience. The food was excellent and was delivered within the specified delivery time given. The food also arrived piping hot! Just what you want when ordering take out. Will most definitely be placing future orders and might pop into the restaurant some time since I am local. Thanks!
