We order 3 footlong today 5/20/22 @ 4pm pick up time. 1. I wish I had taken a picture of my sandwich, I opened up I have everything falling out the paper that it was wrapped in was falling apart by just touching it. It's was not right chicken. I call they offer to make a new one, but with gas at what it is now. Just wasn't happy, you know when you go somewhere and give them a second chance to see if they can get it right. I'm just done with this Subway on Old Missouri rd.

Very nice refreshing change of pace to walk into a 'fast food' place nowadays and be greeted with smiles and friendly service in a clean well staffed establishment. The food was pretty good too, as usual.

They dont have as many choices as they use too. Not on breads or cheese. Qualty of food is still good. Salads are good. Would like to see more vegies in them And a little more dressing. Other then that Its all good.

Food is quickly prepared and has always been good. Company should raise employees pay instead of just adding a tip portion to the purchase portion.

The two person staff was busy with in store customers and online orders when I arrived to place my order around 7 p.m. They welcomed me into the store and were very friendly. I had to place my order on the app to take advantage of the $5 footlong deal, but they were cool about it and let me modify the sub with additional items that did not appear on the app. Not to mention the food was excellent! The bbq rib sandwich is so, so good...
