Bolin Barbeque

Great addition to Arnold! Highlights were the ribs and the pulled pork Mac & Cheese; the full rack of pork ribs were still moist even though we asked for the BBQ sauce to be on the side. The mac and cheese was creamy and the pulled pork was a delicious addition. The BBQ baked beans had a maple smoked flavor to them, and the pepita coleslaw had great crunch and wasn’t too vinegary. The only things we were not crazy about was the smoked chicken wings - they were ok, but think we prefer fried chicken wings. They have a lovely fireplace, but it’s a small place; 6 tables inside, but you can sit on the couches to eat too. Some seating outside, but during winter, you don’t want to sit out there! Would definitely come back to try more stuff!
