This was our first visit here and it was a good experience. We were seated promptly. Within 10 minutes we were seated, water, oil and bread were brought to us. We orders our drinks and we were even offered more bread while we waited for our food. We ordered our food and 20 minutes later our food arrived and it was piping hot and fresh. Dessert was brought and it was delicious. All round great food and experience. Our waiter Oliver was so polite and friendly. Our whole dining experience was done within an hour and I was so impressed. I will most definitely return.

Chain that is run like a locally owned shop. First the staff here was amazing perfect with kids and servers were crossing tables and that made our experience that much better. And what I mean by that is that we had other servers would glance over at our table and just see if we might need something. Next the food. It was great came out with in 12 minutes of us ordering it. We all found something on the menu with no issues. Atmosphere here is a solid family place it was loud but at our booth it seemed liked nothing for us. Bottom line go here it’s super kid friendly and the food and the price will have you coming back.

I just want to leave a little comment on this : chicken&shrimp rice bowl. It has everything! Mango, avocado, cabbage, onion, pepper, broccoli. It is great! However the only unsatisfying part is: the soy sauce they use, might be the dark kind, it tastes a little bitter than the premium soy sauce taste. The dark kind will give more color but also taste not good than the premium one. That’s the only reason I left 4 star. But this is still highly recommended.

I'll be honest. I come here mainly for the bread and oil dip HOWEVER, that's not to say the other food isn't bad! The buffalo chicken pizza is absolutely awesome (though be aware that it's sweeter than you would think for a "buffalo" sauce). The burgers and sandwiches aren't bad but nothing to write home about. Again, just here for the bread bwahaha :D

Whole family with grandparents visited. We got different things but I got the Jambalaya. It wasn’t done spectacularly well, watery on top plain rice, an OK dish to eat at home but I expected more. It wasn’t not tasty, though. We got breads and dips, but that got gobbled up super fast because- our waiter took forever to help us! Food, drinks, apps - everything was very slow, and we had to ask a couple of times. We were really hungry at some point... It looked like the shifts were changing just as we were eating, maybe that explains the poor (but kind) service. Ambiance is great, location excellent- it’s a good place.

The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy, and the staff are super friendly! Food is great-- the freshly made bread that comes with your meal is absolutely incredible, and they have a good selection of meals, drinks, and desserts. I highly recommend the raspberry-lime rickey and the grilled chicken sandwich! A relative I dined with is gluten-free, and they were very accommodating to her. The restaurant does get crowded on Friday and Saturday nights, so I suggest going early in the evening or calling ahead to reserve a table!

NYAJ's differs from one location to the next, but this location is great. The food is fresh, the staff are nice and I always leave feeling satisfied with my food. I also love that on weekends they have a Bloody Mary menu to make and create your own - some of the bartenders are great at making them, others not so good. On weekends book a table or the wait could be 1.5 hours.

I've been going primarily for takeout for a number of years here and the food has always been consistently good, fresh, and hot. Also, for a chain restaurant, I think something you don't see is a full staff that is nice and attentive. This has been the case whether I've sat down to dine or had multiple people checking on me while waiting for my takeout. A good fixture for Arlington Center.
