It is 10:20 and no one is here. It was supposed to open at 10am. I had no idea hours of business were optional

Sadly service is horrible, they are never at the front when you come and it’s always an excuse for opening late so forth. Came within the passed two months, three times, including today and waited several minutes. No one came to the front, we even left and came back and still no one there. My husband even yelled to not only let them know we were there but to make sure they were okay because the front had been left unattended. This is getting old from this location.

My experience had been horrible in the past week I’ve manage to come up here 3 times to be told they don’t have the mini buns. On one occasion they didn’t have anything ready. And again today low be hold I come at 6:15 mall closes at 7 she tells me they are closed I’m so over this sorry location the customer service is trash when I asked for corporate number the “assistant manager” told me I can Google it or call in the morning when the head manager in she might have it

I went in 2 hours before closing and asked for a four pack. They said they wouldn’t make it and if they did I would be charged for each individual instead of a four pack! Never been to a place you can make your own prices up. I tried to figure out their names for this review and couldn’t! Wouldn’t waste my time or money there again.

Go to Grandy's across the street...at least they still warm up the cinnamon roll with butter...this Cinnabon won't do it...just for kicks...walk in the store and make this simple request...can you warm it up with butter?...watch as
the employee recoils with anger and postures "We don't do dat". Wow! took only seconds for them to lose my business. Don't need the "gansta"
mentality of the employee's either...good riddance!
