I was waiting for someone to take my order but there seemed to be no one working. I saw a female employee with red hair who was using her phone for straight 30 minutes, not noticing that I was waiting for her. I was very upset and will never come back.

The employees could careless about anything. I've been there 5 times and they didn't have any of the original flavor. It's a crap shoot, good luck!
