Wendy's

The food here is good, the staff is friendly especially the managers. However, I would suggest that if you place an online order or order from the drive thru that you check your order before leaving. I have had trouble with order errors when ordering through the app and at the drive thru. They were always really nice and helpful in resolving the errors, which I appreciated (many restaurants are not so accommodating in fixing their mistakes). Also, the technology for ordering inside the restaurant is still in its infancy and has bugs that need to be fixed. When ordering inside, it is best to order at the counter where a team member takes your order. All of that being said, my dinner I purchased tonight was incredibly fresh and very very tasty! I can't get enough of their new Big Bacon Cheddar burger, it is their best creation to date in my opinion! If you want a good burger, you should definitely try it out!

Worse customer service I ever experienced we were in town to visit a friend I don't know the area so was driving around looking for somewhere to eat saw Wendy's and we love are Wendy's so we we can eat there because of that we go in we order from the kiosi we get are order and are cups go and try to fill up are drinks the self serve drink machine just about every flavor was out my husband says can you ask if the have orange hi-c in the back lady ask rudely like we were bother her to ask if we wanted ice. We did get are drinks start checking are food and we had ordered a chicken sandwich for a very picky 7 year old and we ended up with a burger the frys looked like they had dump new fry in with old frys I personally will not go back to that location

I honeswettly do not recommend anyone to go there cause I found unprofessional staff. I had never experienced like that, actually I went to there pick up food from uber eats. The time was 11:15pm. I was about to go drive thru but I saw some girls going inside the restaurant. So I wanted to go inside pick up the food but unfortunately door was locked then I saw some people coming from car, I waited to go inside with them. And they were friends of those girls who went inside few min ago. They called her and she came to open the door then I went inside with them but the staff came and keep my and get me out from the restaurant. He said you go drive thru and I said I am here to pick up the order and he replied go drive thru dine room is closed. And I asked so why they are in there? He did not say anything and ask my customer name I told the customer name I waited 10 minutes. And finally he came to asked customer name and I told him the customer name and I asked him, how long does it going to take time? He replied 3 Moore min and I waited 10 min but he did not come and I cancel the order . I found discriminate there . Cause he allowed to go inside them who were same race like him. I hope no one will get experience what I got .
