Tonight was the third time I have been in this location and been charged a price different from what the shelf tag indicated. It wasn't a major difference, but out of principle, I refused to pay tonight. A customer immediately behind me was rung up, and he was overcharged $1.50. the two of us began to warn other customers, and 11 out of 12 of the following customers were overcharged as well. This 7-Eleven refuses to do price overrides to correct their screw-ups. Do not trust this location, it's a a very short walk to CVS where you can buy most of the same products for cheaper anyway, and they know what price integrity means. If I could have given negative stars for this location, I would have! I urge everyone to double check the price before paying, and if the price is incorrect, do the right thing and go elsewhere to make your purchases.

I’ve always been to this place. Never had a problem.. But seeing new faces there now this place is crazy!! They never have anything in stock !! Their customer service is so bad! Rude people with no education! & i dont get why they work as customer service if they don’t like dealing with customers! So disappointed! Smh

Bought food from the fridge section. Got home and there was literally mold in it. Called and told them and they said to come in for a replacement. Came in the next day and was told the manager isn’t here and they can’t refund or do anything and to come back the next day. Came back the next day and the manager says I don’t have a receipt. Told him I wasn’t given a receipt but I used Apple Pay and it shows the receipt. Said it doesn’t matter. And also that they can’t refund or replace. I left the moldy food and left.
