I drive 15 to 20 minutes out of my way to come to this location because the one closest to me in Mansfield(Broad St.) is Trash they always mess up your order and it’s not fresh! THIS LOCATION is very nice and Clean! The food is always Fresh and my order is always Correct!

Halfway through my spicy chicken sandwich, which was dripping watery mayonnaise, I find that my filet is raw. Not even a little raw. A lotta raw. How disappointed and disgusting. I pray I don’t get food poising.

Went here for milkshakes on a week night. Ordered one medium vanilla and one medium chocolate shake in the drive through. Employee taking the order at the speaker continued to cut us off before we could clarify the order. When the order was brought out, the vanilla shake was only half full, and the chocolate wasn’t much better. I paid full price for half an order.

This is one of the best Whataburger locations I have experienced. They good is always hot, fresh and correct. The employees are always super friendly. Every time I've ordered curbside pickup the person who brings me my food is always happy with a great sense of humor. I always leave with a smile on my face.

Terrible drive thru service! Takes forever for the most basic orders. I got to watch as several cars who ordered after me leave while I wait. This exact whataburger service has declined over the years. This review is past due. Food is fire but has messed up my order before (always ask for no tomato). Weak fries. No one’s perfect just needs some work

The store smelled like.....not food, dumpster juice maybe. The staff was friendly and I got my onion rings very quickly. BUT there was a definite foul odor in the air that I could not put my finger on. Seems like every one else there ignored it.

Food and service was good but the inside temperature of the dining room was about 68° so the good got cold within a few minutes. Had to finish my vanilla shake in the car because it still wouldn't come up the straw.

Alright i don't know how to feel about this one . Well this is one of my lunch break restaurants i go to , one morning "4A.M. " I'm on my way to work and this restaurant is at the light when I get off the hyway so I said I'm going to get a honey chicken biscuit. Went through the drive through, order and pulled up to pay , handed the guy the money he gave me the food next thing you know a big a** roach crawled on the window and we look at each other while doing the exchange like uh....🤦♂️
