Dairy Queen

We stopped in tonight not knowing what we wanted to eat after driving around Arlington trying to decide what to eat. We decided to stop in DQ and I must say we are very happy that we did. The Belt Busters that we received were one of the best burgers we have eaten in a while. I honestly do not ever remember DQ burgers being this fabulous. There was a mistake that was made by the cook and he came out personally to apologize and make things right without us having to even ask he just did it. We will definitely be going back more frequently.

Some of the worst service I have ever experienced. Once they finally took our order and told us the total we questioned them asking to read us what we ordered back because the total seemed too high. Sure enough it was wrong and they added extra items we did not order. Managers were in t-shirts and crocs.. (I assume they were managers because they would go back to the kitchen to get food for themselves then sit at tables eating.) The employees who were working were too busy chatting with one another to take orders. My family waited 10 minutes before someone helped us and while we were eating we watched another couple come in and stand for 15. Definitely will not be back to this location.

Thank god the burgers are good, because the people that work there don't care at all. Even while placing my order , the young lady at the register was talking to her coworkers while I speaking to her. The entire time I was there waiting for my food, they were talking about a coworker of theirs who had stolen $40 (from Dairy Queen, I assume) on a payday, and then began to discuss theories about what she had done with the money. One young lady suggested braids, at which another young lady said "Ain't no braids gonna be forty dollars". Appallingly unprofessional.

Started with the dude yelling "OW" into the speaker when i took my order. Asked for a blizzard but they didnt have the ingredients. Ask for a banana split and it was 99% ice cream and 1% toppings. Worst part - Asked for a pup cup and was charged for a kid sundae I'd say the experience was about average considering it was a fast food joint 👍

Im not sure if this location just doesn't care about their job. But I am going to limit myself coming here. Every time I have ordered its always wrong. Everything is cold or luke warm. I ordered a chicken taco salad. This is supposed to be in a shell! Do you see a shell?! Cause I don't. Lettuce must have just been washed or something as I have nothing but soggy lettuce and water at the bottom of my bowl. I am absolutely done bringing my business here. The only thing you don't mess up is the ice cream. That is the only why I am not giving you a 1 star.

I was happy there is STILL a DQ open near my home since there were so many Dairy Queen restaurants that closed at once. I read the reviews and was a little unsure buuut it's been months since I've had a Blizzard. The service was quick the atmosphere was VERY quiet. Overall a good experience for me and my kid .
