Food was ok not the best. I had a spicy chicken sandwich and fries. Had two long island ice tea. One was regular the other was top shelf. Didn't like neither. So I'm giving them a 3. Service was good though. Just wasn't feeling the food

First time here! Our waitress Lexis was amazing! She went above and beyond serving us. The food was great, good music. Clean! Friendly customers.

Latoya was a wonderful waitress, very attentive and fun. This was our first time here, we were invited by some friends. The food was so delicious and the drinks I had were perfect. They tasted good and weren't to strong or to weak. We got the alligator appetizer and it was very tasty. Their tarter sauce is so good. The prices were reasonable and different price ranges. I got the VIP, and my husband got the Boss. It was a truly fun and delightful experience. We will definitely be back.

We went to the Arlington location and let me start by saying great customer service and the atmosphere was awesome!The TVs were on for the guys and the restaurant wall's had different menu options regarding the menu and prices. They do have a child's menu that is not disclosed on the menu but in the restaurant itself for the kids. I believe one option was chicken tenders the other I cannot recall.The Hawaiian drink on the menu was amazing, definitely recommend for the ladies. Overall, it was a wonderful idea for my son's birthday lunch with family. He was happy with the king crab legs! 🦀 we will return again soon! Thank you Shell Shack for the memories!

Latoya my waitress was very welcoming and attentive from the moment I walked in the door. The buffalo shrimp and fries were great as usual. Can't wait to get back and visit again. Hopefully, I can visit with Ms. Latoya again.

love their food, bar, servers & the way they occupy people w/tv's everywhere all showing different things. 3 of us split a special called "A Date Night" it's huge portions of king & snow crab, shrimp, sausage, corn on cob & potatoes all tossed in same base seasoning it also comes w/2 sides. It's $130.

Great service and friendly staff. Food is good, presentable, fast, and even tempered. Hot shrimp is the way to go!

Truly enjoyed this place. There many positives and I will list a few.
- My waitress, Ty was amazing and she had my group laughing the entire time. Her food recommendations were perfect and she was quick to attend to our needs. I will visit again when I’m in the area, just to see her and enjoy a good dining experience.
- The location is open until 2am. Major points for this!
- The food is good and the portions are big. The prices compared to what I pay in California are unbeatable.
