I had a dental emergency and my usual dentist was not available. Aspen Dental in Green Bay got me in the same day. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and patient explaining the procedure I needed. They were able to complete the procedure two days later. They exceeded my expectations and I’m grateful for their help.

The staff were friendly however I felt less like I was in a dentist office and more like I was in a closet. The place is very small and literally, my exam was in a small room no bigger than my bedroom closet. No windows. No nothing. The dentist while young seemed to know what he was talking about however couldn't pinpoint the issue I was having. I urged him to double check my crown. He then said my crown was loose and there was probably an issue with the seal. He advised me to connect with the dentist that did my crown as they usually have a guarantee. I went to my old dentist who got me in right away. He quickly found the problem and fixed it (and it wasn't due to the seal of the crown). It was actually a really old filling that a dentist did like 15 years ago. All in all, not a pleasant experience. Decided to take my dental care to another practice.
