This location has been going downhill since the end of summer. Everything was good, but since then more and more orders are screwed up, things forgotten in the order, bagels not toasted when they were supposed to be, bagels coming with less and less cream cheese. Today was the last straw for me, this is how my bagel came...a BAT could see that this is not enough cream cheese. I mean what person does this, looks at it and goes, "man that is perfect", and hands it off........?

They really just give you whatever. I can’t count how many times I order something and they just give me something else. Sometimes they tell me because they ran out - most times they don’t tell me at all so I don’t find out until I get home. One time they even gave me one single glazed donut instead of 25 glazed munchkins. It’s just wild to me they can just give you whatever instead of what you paid for without even telling you. Here’s my 25 glazed donuts I ordered today.

When you pay for a service, you expect that service. Today was not the first time I had a problem. Last time I ordered I got uncooked bacon strips. This time they forgot all the bacon strips and didn’t even bother to stir the coffee. Which ended up being incorrect, as well. Recently just have been having pretty poor experiences here. I had switched from Starbucks to here but am seeing too many issues to justify the switch. Ugh.

Probably one of the worst Dunkins in Wisconsin, orders are almost always messed up. Bacon is always cold, employee’s are rude or don’t seem to care, and much more. Used to be a good location but it has been going downhill.

Order a Large Iced Caramel Coffee(5 pumps of caramel) and 4 pumps of Whole Milk, but it didn’t have any caramel flavor and they put 6 pumps of Milk making way too milky, I am Lactose intolerant people… 😡 So angry they wouldn’t even remake it for and they wouldn’t refund me for it when I had asked them too!!!!!!!!

Honestly a terrible location. The employees sit on their phones, actively avoid doing anything on their workstation screens and have bad attitudes. This is why I left the industry as a whole. Really frustrating for the guests and the few hard working ones.
Edit: again- waited for over 20 minutes
