Muncheez Pizzeria

The food was made wrong, they had sent it out with a delivery driver when it was supposed to be pick up, so it wasnt fresh. When the manager was confronted with the issues over the phone, I was told I could drive all the way back and get new pizza's even though we were well within the delivery area. This place is horribly expensive for, let's be honest, horrible service, average to less than average food, and bad experiences. I'm not sure, but I had heard a few years ago that the original owner was no longer there. Ever since that time, I've only seen substandard quality from this place.

We ordered a pizza for delivery today; it showed up with uncooked dough and was a half hour later than they said it would be. Tried cooking in oven and it still is soft dough. I live 5 minutes from the restauurant... Also they didn't bring any sauce for the breadsticks. Although they did give us a credit I'm never going to eat there again. So basically they stole 20 dollars from me

Cool place great for late night eating! The atmosphere is very hipster/stoner ! Vinny worked the front counter needed a hug he wasn’t so friendly! They have a huge projector and was playing sports on it! They have multiple couches and games! The food was decent I got pizza and boneless chicken! They have a small selection of beers too! But honestly this place is for late night eating!

The cashier seemed more concerned with what was playing on TV than greeting us and taking our order. When I did order I didn't feel very welcome and more like an inconvenience. I let it slide as it could have been worse, until it did become worse. While waiting for my order we witnessed one of the workers drop the pizza cutter on the floor only to pick it up and resume cutting. I paid $5.49 plus tax for "one huge" (2 normal size) slices that I'm afraid to eat due to a dirty cutter. To top it all off, the cashier again seemed annoyed to serve me, I shouldn't have left a tip as it wasn't deserved, but I gave them my lousy $0.78.

Ordered pickup from here online and selected the as soon as possible option, was sent a confirmation email just saying that it would be ready as soon as possible, no time frame at all. Okay whatever we just decided to head over there. We arrived maybe 40 minutes after ordering and tried to park behind the building by a sign that said "customer parking" but then the delivery driver parked next to us rudely says "you can't park here." So we park somewhere else and go inside and there's an employee sleeping on a couch in the dining area, super unprofessional. Then the guy says that they haven't started our order yet and it'll be another 20 minutes because they were "busy"...it was completely empty in the store. So we waited an hour and our pizza was mediocre at best. Service was nice enough and cheesey bread was good, but definitely not worth the trouble.

The pizza is good but the customer service is kind of a joke. Lost our ONLINE order for pick up and was talked to more like "well prove you ordered from us!" Instead of "sorry we lost your order" asked about the free drink on Thursdays and the woman said it has to be ordered online 🥴. It was an online order, but go on lol. Stingy with an attitude on THEIR screw-up

Great for a late night snack after bar free delivery free muncheez with an order 14" or 16" love thin crust, hand tossed is thick and delicious I don't get the garlic butter crust it's too oily for me. They have candy, gourmet soda, craft beer, n Monster. It's an awesome chill spot to play the classic pac man video game, claw machine always wins. Lounge on the leather couches. Not a good place to work but great menu and concept.

They are very inconsistent with the quality of their pizzas. We ordered a couple months ago after years of not ordering from them. The pizza was excellent and delivered hot. Today we ordered again and it was horrible. The pizza was warm at best and soggy. The pizza sauce tasted like they opened a can of condensed tomato soup and dumped it on the crust.. Whatever they made prior to baking or cutting our pizzas was stuck on the bottom of the crust and it was disgusting. We will not give them a second chance. There are many wonderful non chain pizza places in our area that have a much better and consistent excellent pizza.
