Buffalo Wild Wings

Placed order and paid online at 5 pm for 20 wings for pick up at 620. Got there at 620. Watched 4 people get pick up and go. Left after 30 min of waiting. I hope someone enjoyed a free meal. Service has gotten worse each time I've been there last 5 times. I hope it turns around. Used to love going there.

*UPDate* Although EatStreet addressed our poor experience, the solution received from BWW after filling out their online form came in the form of 1,000 points for their rewards program. Turns out I would have had to sign up for it, and these points would have been good for a couple of wings. So you want me to spend more money ...no thank you. Eat Street Order disappointment. Tater tots were over fried and inedible. Also ordered boneless wings and received traditional. Thankfully Eatstreet is addressing this, but will think twice ordering from this location in the future.

Waited way too long just to pick up a take out order I placed through app. Literally all they had to do was grab it and hand it to me. Evidently wait staff just stand around and are not able to help with takeout guests. My food was fine but would have been much better if I could eaten it when it hadn't sat around.

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings on E College, the people were nice but its apparent to me that the chefs clearly don't know how to cook wings, I got these awfully dry half tossed wings. Pathetic. Will be calling the GM in the morning tomorrow so he is aware of the patheticly low quality of food his chefs are putting out. I've been to multiple Buffalo Wild Wings chains in my life never seen it this....sad. Do yourself a favor and run for the hills if you want to eat wings, it'll atleast save you money and a disappointment.

My girlfriend, my 1 y/o, and I were there and for some reason the dining room was closed? We were given no explanation but 2 employees were eating in a booth of their own. Just didn’t make sense. We were suggested a high-up style booth by the bar which also made no sense seeing we had our 1 y/o with us. No customers in the whole building and we were turned away.
