My experience at this location was great! I ordered a pick up and when I went in I could see they were extremely busy. I knew it was going to be a longer wait, but I was okay with that. Everyone was working extremely hard. Hats off to the manager that was there. She was very calm and had great communication to her team. The food that was coming out was plated beautifully. By the time I got home my sandwich was still hot and it tasted great! DON’T FORGET TO TIP!!! Tips are shared- even the employees cooking the food. AWESOME JOB!!!

Absolute worst customer service experienced and general manager was very rude to boot! Went in to order dinner and there was zero signage or indication from employees that the dining area was closed and it was take out only. After receiving a bag of our food to go, I questioned this to the general manager who replied they weren't doing dine in. I replied saying we didn't realize that due to zero signage in which he replied, "well we're not going to waste our time putting up a sign or answering customers questions when we're busy back here."
I was completely taken aback by his response and will not be returning any time soon if this is how a general manager handles customers. I would give zero stars if I could.

Expect a wait, if this location is even open.
As of late staffing problems have caused this location to close early and/or not offer curbside or rapid indoor pick up or even have an open drive thru.
It was a 30+ minute wait to place an order inside due to drive thru being closed.(3/20/22).
The food quality is going downhill. Chicken apple salad was barely there with 2 sandwiches worth of lettuce. What chicken salad was there was sopping wet leaving the bread mush.
For the price this is not worth it.

I love this Panera. I order from them frequently and today my order got messed up. It was delivery and some things were forgotten. I called and talked to Faye, she quickly fixed it and called and had it redelivered. She was really nice about it and I’m sure they were super busy and didn’t mean to mess up. But I really appreciate them making it right. Thanks so much Faye!!!

I went for lunch ordered 30 something worth of food. Sent me a email stating my food was ready and still waited for another 15 minute. The bread on our sandwiches was super hard. When i took a bit i thought there was a plastic knife or something on my sandwich. I love Panera bread but this is the worst one i have ever been too.

Craving a yummy squash soup?!? Panera is where it's at! 1/2 Chipotle Chicken sandwich and a Squash Soup is so yummy! A must try! Staff was so friendly and there was actually a lot of them! So good for you Panera! They also have great drinks as well!

OK first off I ordered online had my husband go pick up the food we were missing a sandwich he comes all the way home lets me know I drive all the way back over there and it’s about 12-15 minutes away from where I live and I let them know mines not this sandwich is supposed to have pickled red onions explain to me why mine didn’t have it on it mind you not apparently it was the manager that was making the sandwich for me that they forgot the first time around. Oh and they didn’t even ask if I wanted any refund or coupon what a joke.

Busy please, but the line moves fast. There are express kiosks to self order as well.
Depending on the crew in the kitchen, the food can come out on time and right or a little late.
Food quality is good and tastes great, the place is clean and well maintained.
Customer service needs a push.
Overall would recommend dine in or takeout.
