Asian Thai

Food was very good and still hot - by the time we FINALLY got it.. We had Asian Thai delivered for dinner the other night - on a Thursday night, passed the busy dinner time. The ordering process was so-so. The delivery process was not impressive. We were told it would be about an hour for delivery or we could pick it up and it would only be about 10 minutes. Which okay, we weren't in any rush so we decided on delivery. An hour and 15 minutes later, still nothing. So he called and the lady was rude and impatiently said that they were just getting it started - again we weren't in a rush, so it wasn't a big deal and we weren't rude for calling, except it was getting late at this point and the fact she wasn't very polite. So, about a total of an hour and a half/hour and forty-five minutes later, we get our food. He ordered Crab Rangoon & General Tso's Chicken with fries rice, not spicy. I ordered a Spring Roll & Triple Delight. Food was great, tasty, very good sized portions and surprisingly hot - so they literally had just started it when we called. Except he only got white rice instead of fried rice, but he didn't complain much. Not saying we wouldn't try it again - Dining in and picking up is possibly better - but delivery again? Nope.

We have ordered from Asian Thai many times in the past and have dined in as well. Have always had the best service. Tonight we placed a very large order at noon and asked for it to be delivered at 5:45. Not only was the driver on time to the exact minute but the food was wonderful, hot and so very good!!!!!!!! I highly recommend

Husband and I went to Asian Thai to place a takeout order. Masks required, but none of staff had them covering their mouths & nose. Expected prices to have increased since we last were there in 2016. No dining in or use of restrooms. Stated due to Covid19. Young female employee complained the entire time we were there, about being bored & having no money. She purchased weiners, buns & can of soup. Told manager/owner she had $16.00 in her bank account. We were supposed to get spring rolls with each of our orders & didn't receive. Different owners/management since we were there. We were their only customers. Wasn't a pleasant experience listening to continued whining. Small container of sweet sour sauce. We won't be back again. Food still good, but unsettling atmosphere

We ordered delivery from here tonight because a few people recommended it to me. We ordered chicken with broccoli and dragon and Phoenix. We also ordered a couple appetizers. Our entrees arrived, with NO sauce. The chicken and vegetables were completely plain and the chicken was so slimy. We called back to see if we could possibly exchange them for new ones, but the owner said delivery orders "come with light sauce and you have to ASK for extra". Our food arrived COMPLETELY plain! NO sauce at all. That was our only explanation before she hung up on us. Definitely won't be ordering from here again and wouldn't recommend anyone else to do so.

We went here for some Chinese food cravings. The food was hot and fresh and far “fancier” than we expected. The portion size was reasonable for the cost. The management checked on us and the server was kind and attentive. Our food came quickly and tasted great. Our only negative was the sesame beef tasted a little burnt but still tasted good.
