We never vist Appleton without stopping at Sal's for a slice! Generous slices of thin crust pizza. Great variety. Pizza is fantastic and the rolls are amazing. Service is always good. Dining room and restrooms are always clean. Outdoor seating area. Very highly recommend Sal's Pizza!

Drove from Chilton as they're supposed to be open until midnight. Get there & they have 2 partial pans of random slices, & we are told that's all they have as they're closing soon (we were there around 10). I asked if they had salads, as I have severe food restrictions, & I'm told "Nope, just the pizza." So very awesome to watch my husband eat his multiple slices, while I eat nothing. Never, ever, going back again.

Best pizza around. We love the Barbecue chicken pizza. I order it every time I go there, which is often. Garlic rolls are to die for. I could eat those all day.

This pie is Legit! Great deal on the slices and bread roll. This is a for sure stop anytime I'm in Appleton! The sauce rocks...cheese is balanced and the dough! Get some!

I tried out Sal's Pizza while visiting Appleton recently. They sell pizza by the slice, and had a variety of options to choose from. I was greeted upon entering the restaurant, and a few people were dining in. The guy behind the counter was friendly and talkative. The pizza comes with garlic knots on top, and both slices and rolls are placed in the oven to warm them up when you order. I found the pizza to be very tasty, with a crisp crust and flavorful toppings. All in all, an excellent experience and great food, will definitely keep Sal's on my list for future visits.

Good pizza. Only problem was I ordered a slice and asked for 2 rolls. I was told the slice came with one and if I wanted the extra. I said no, thinking one was fine after all. Turns out I didn't get a roll at all, and I was told they were sold out when I went to order some. They had plenty when I first ordered my slice of pizza.

Only real NY style pizza in the valley (that I know of). So for that alone this is good. Atmosphere is also great, a usually lots of people in the store and it’s nice. The table of condiments with Parmesan and whatnot is also awesome. Prices are really reasonable too. Parking is a little bit of a challenge if you’re coming here specifically though.

I walked into Sal's Pizza and after perusing the menu on the wall decided to order 12 buffalo wings for $9.99. After waiting for 25 minutes --which I thought was a long time since there weren't many orders coming out of the kitchen -- the matriarch of the place rang up the wings and told me my total was $26 and change! When I pointed out that the menu price was $9.99 another employee told me that since inflation, prices have gone up and it's too expensive to update the menu which is just a poster. It should be easy enough to afford when you're charging $5 per slice and $25 for a dozen wings. They were, however, able to print out and tape to the wall updated prices for pizza slices and soda. It seems to me that they should be able to do the same for the rest of their menu items. I decided to not take the wings, and they didn't seem upset or anything, so I will give them credit for that, but to raise prices 150% without any notification is wrong.
