Server, Jamie, did an amazing job and the food came out fast and was good quality.
The lower rating is due the hostes and how incredibly dirty the front of the restaurant was.
The floor looked as though it had not been cleaned in several days and was sticky to the point of being hard to walk on.

Food was decent, but the bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. They also guarantee smiles, but we only got one. That's okay though, we gave them ours.
Would have been more enjoyable had we felt like we were eating from a clean kitchen.

Best ihop I’ve ate at in a long time! Server was super friendly and all the workers were super friendly passing by playing and talking with my 2 year old. The food was awesome as well! No complaints at all! We will be back.

So me and my family came to have breakfast at this IHOP and this girl was the meanest person I have seen, first we were waiting more than 5 minutes to order something to drink and she was in a rush that it didn’t give me chance to order the appetizer we wanted, ok so we get to order our food same she was in a rush when the food arrive the cheese on my omelet was cold, we were asking for more drink refills and with the bad attitude she reply yes I know, she bring the drink and the check saying that hurry up she was getting ready to leave, we were trying to eat and she came back and grab the receipt and reply nothing ok it’s cool anyway my wife reply back saying I need the receipt to signed and she give it back and start saying that she was trying to go home and my wife say yes and I’m trying to eat my meal. At the end my wife was not happy at all and sign the check and left her food just because someone doesn’t have a good attitude. Good luck to you with your bad attitude “GOD BLESS YOU”

Service with real good restroom smells like bleach and the tables seem to have needed extra servers. Some tables were dirty from the beginning to the end of my visit. And like I said food and service was great.

Nobody in here when we were seated. Two of three meals were basically burnt. Could not get a napkin to save my life. Real rude. Pass and go to Steak & Shake next door. Did not say anything in fear of retaliation. That's the vibe.

My personal all time favorite. Me and my 5 yr old. We love it. Its trash now. 5 yrs ago. Better than any other. Trash now. They sit you when they feel like it, take orders when they feel like it, cook the food at some lengthy point, and deliver slowly. Seriously, this WAS the spot, but you wouldn't know it now. Still go. But hardly ever and always disappointed.

Great for a late night snack. The staff was kind and service was quick. Our food was hot and refills are free. There was lots of parking and the parking lot was clean and well lit.
