Subway

This is an ok Subway. It’s clean. They provide the bare minimum customer service. Nothing spectacular. I’ll probably keep going back because it’s close to my house. However they aren’t to be trusted when ordering through the mobile app. I need to be standing right in front of them while they make my food. Other wise, I’ll end up with a mayo sandwich. It’s like they’re trying to get rid of the mayo or something. They also put onions on my sandwich when I asked for no onions. So now I know they can’t follow what is on an online order and to just go in and speak my order to them while watching to make sure nothing goes wrong. I hate wasting money on food that I can’t eat….

Husband went there to get two foot long subs. I ordered Black Forest ham with white American cheese on Rye or Wheat if they didn’t have rye. I was on speaker phone and when my husband asked about rye he answered yes.He ordered the Steak and Cheese. My sandwich did not have any cheese on it and was made with white bread which I don’t eat. My husband got a cold sandwich, no cheese. His sandwich was supposed to be the hot melted steak and cheese. Terrible service when you do not receive what you ordered. When I called them they said to bring back the sandwich. This is at our time and expense . Terrible. I will never go there again and ask my colleagues to do the same.

This use to be the only Subway I would go to! I stopped going to others because they were soo skimpy with the toppings!! Now this place as gotten terrible!! I asked for spinach, he carefully laid SIX leaves on it. Same with the onion and green peppers, so my footlong sub was wrapped and I paid for it and left. It had no taste and was mostly bread!! I’m done with this place!!!! I may try another subway when I travel but not here or locally!! Terrible!

I have made two separate visits to this location and they never have roast beef for the subway club sandwich, I have visited other locations around middle Tennessee and this is never an issue. I made my second visit to this store thinking the last visit was a fluke. Save yourself from frustration and pick another location
