I had to wait 15 minutes for my pot pie 🥧 and they also messed up my drink so I had to gave back through the drive thru. I asked if I could have a Biscuit for my time and my sad looking pot pie.. they said no!! A simple Biscuit and making a happy customer is the difference between a 5 star and a 1 star. :(

My husband and I went to the KFC located in the Elverta Crossing yesterday. What a CHANGE. This crew (of mostly young people) was incredible. There were a couple of ladies in front of us that had a bazillion questions regarding a coupon sheet - that young lady was so patient with them. She had an awesome smile and was sincerely listening to each of their questions and even helped them get the "best order for their money". We had the A&W "Tuesday Special" - it was well made and the food on the serving tray was very well arranged inside each paper holder, not "just thrown" in. I watched different staff deliver items to several customers on trays and others with "to-go" orders. The entire staff was courteous, ensured the orders were correct and one young lady even comped extra cookies because the customer waited an extended amount of time. The atmosphere inside this location was upbeat - great smiles and positive attitudes by everyone. In Addition - the dining area was clean. Overall, KFC Corporate should give this entire crew awards for their great demeanor and customer service skills.

Food is great here. Went 2 times and no pot pies. After the 3rd try I got a pot pie, excellent. The A and W root beer is made fresh there, excellent root beer. The other 2 visits we had A and W papa burger combos that were really good, I highly reccomend them. So why the 3 with all this good food? Because the staff was very unprofessional and rude all 3 visits, and no pot pies those 2 visits.
