Panera Bread

Not sure why this location does not provide the same service and attention to detail we experience at other Panera Bread locations, and we go at least once a day if not more. Special requests like crispy bacon on a breakfast sandwich are consistently ignored. Who likes soggy bacon? The lines are always slow because the order takers are required to prepare everything except cooked food. So all bagels toasted or whatever and special pastries, all take the time from the order takers. Please take a look at your system, it has room for improvement! Thank you

Broken down. The food seems to be fine and they appear quite clean in the kitchen facilities. But the furniture in the dining room is showing its age and the outlets are almost all dead, including one that produced an electric aroma when I plugged into it. Service time is significantly slower than other Paneras I've visited. A good choice for online ordering, perhaps not so good for dine-in, especially if you're looking to recharge a phone while you're there.

Cashier should focus a little more on the orders they are taking. When I went back to get 2 bagels she asked the other cashier to fix her mistake. While she might have thought that was the fastest way to resolve the issue, her coworkers should not have to fix it for her. All employees were polite and professional. Dining area was a little messy some tables had not been cleaned.

Food is just not as good here as other Paneras. We did dine in so ate immediately and it was still cold. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and it was missing ingredients/toppings and they wouldn't fix it. They offered them on the side and told me to correct it myself. The women's bathroom was also beyond disgusting. Trashcan was overflowing, sink was soaking wet so trying to wash hands was horrible and the toilets looked they haven't been cleaned in forever!! Would not recommend this location at all.

I’m a delivery driver and I pick up orders from this location on a consistent basis. The woman’s bathroom is always dirty. I actually had said something to one of the workers on 5/11/22 about the bathroom being in terrible condition and the young lady said okay and thank you for letting me know. Well couple hours later I had went back to pick up another order and had to use the bathroom well the bathroom was in more terrible condition then before. So that means no one had went into the bathroom to clean it the first time. That is just not expectable!!!

Went to Panera for a tuna sandwich today for my first meal of the day, and thirty minutes to an hour after eating it I started violently vomiting. My health was perfectly fine and I have had no issues with tuna in the past. This is serious issue because I had gotten food poisoning and I just want to share this in hopes this Panera see’s it and checks their tuna or just to warn other customers not to get the tuna sandwich for the time being or from this Panera.
