Great Local Café for breakfast, lunch, a coffee or ice cream! Nested in Cape St. Claire!
The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is clean. Comfortable chairs and a nice cafe dining area out front.
Shoutout to Olivia for helping and serving us Always Ice Cream/Annapolis Ice Cream on this trip. They have a partnership- two local business helping support each other.

Ive lived in Cape St. Claire since 2014 and have been going to Blue Rooster for years! I recently moved to downtown Annapolis and came back today after a 2 month Hiatus. It was a special occasion and we ordered and sat down. We waited for exactly 1 hour and 7 minutes until I got up and asked to change it to a to go order. They said our food had already been plated and that they could give us boxes. The food was very cold and they gave me some bogus steak strips (2) for my steak and eggs. Very displeased with the change. They were not busy when i asked for a to go order change. What happened?!

Oh my! What a fabulous place. Was way impressed, the Bloody Mary is to die for. The Brussel sprouts, you gotta get the Brussel sprouts. I was traveling, needed a good breakfast. This place is it!

Phenomenal brunch! We loved everything, even plain eggs over easy and toast tasted better than any where else! Muffins are great, coffee over ice within honeysuckle is so good!

Truly the best restaurant in Cape. We eat here at least once a week! Everything is delicious! They also have an awesome points program to earn towards money off future orders.

We were looking for a place to take my mother out to brunch for her birthday whe we discovered Blue Rooster. Wow what a place! Weoreder our meal and enjoyed so.e ciffee while we waited on our meal.. The coffee was excellent. My mother and son ordered the chicken and waffles. The chicken was perfect combined with the golden brown waffle and a bit of sausage gravy. They both enjoyed them. Immensely. My wife ordered the vegetable frittata. I tasted it and it was phenomenal. I had the black bean burger and I must say it was the best black bean burger I have ever tasted. Do yourself a favor and stop in.

Little gem of a place! Quaint, friendly, cute, and amazing fresh food! The Carnivore breakfast sandwich and the Reuben were fantastic, as well as the crispy Brussels! Can’t wait to go back!

I had an awesome vegetarian frittata. My husband had an omelet. My dtr had French toast and my son had huevos rancheros. Everyone loved their meals. Would definitely recommend it.
