I Came here with my partner for a date night and i was immediately impressed with the beautiful customer service… Also, the owner was very nice to make conversation with us and his family was great! The Food the food was so amazing!!! the atmosphere was authentic , I will def e coming back here again. We usually order but never have we sat down to dine in here… We will def be coming back

Came here on a date night with the wife and we'll definitely be coming back. The service was impeccable and the dishes were top notch. My wife ordered a tamarind martini and the chicken biryani. I ordered a cardamom Manhattan and the salmon tandoori. Probably some of the best Indian food I've had in years.

The Good: The staff was friendly, the environment was clean, and the atmosphere, overall, was nice. The Bad: The somosas and the chickpeas were cold. I don't think the particular heat lamp the somosas and chickpeas were under was working efficiently. We had the buffet; however, the options available were rather limited. In addition, we were not offered anything to drink other than water. Judgment It was just fine.

We had amazing Indian food at a reasonable price with friendly service. We shared the Meat Samosas, the Basmati kebab appetizer (which was a great healthy, flavorful option with lots of veg and protein...it could have been its own meal, so you'll definitely want to share it or come hungry), Chicken Vindaloo, and Chicken Xacutti - all delicious and worth ordering again. We couldn't have asked for a better dining experience! We definitely plan to come back in the future!!! Update (2/20/22): we just tried the lunch buffet and were blown away…what an amazing spread! The goat curry and the chicken makhni were the best! There is not enough praise to give for a $15 buffet!

Basmati India Restaurant is one of the top india restaurants in the area. If you come to Annapolis and you like Indian food, a must!! We tried Butter Chicken, Paneer Tikka Masala and a Lamb Xacutti as entrees. In. The order we liked them. Additionally, we tried Kheer and Gulab Jamun. The kheer was great and the Gulab Jamun was good.

My mom and I had dinner there today. We ordered the shrimp pakora for our appetizer. I ordered the chicken vindaloo with a side of garlic nan and she ordered the chicken curry dish. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. You will not wait long to be served your meal. The staff was very attentive and polite. Great atmosphere and the location is perfect as there are plenty parking spaces by the restaurant. I definitely plan to return.
