Domino's Pizza

Sooooo i ordered an order two hours ago the driver didn’t even loookkkkkk for the apartment number lied and said they called me and then i had to call them they refunded my order i had to pay extra than what i paid before then they send me this old pizza i ordered the two hours ago put it into a new box and had the driver redeliver the old pizza instead of making me a hot fresh new one the cheese as you can see is cold I’m legit 5 mins away ain’t no way my pizza or food should be cold and then i called the worker hung up on me I’m ready to call corporate on them do not come here i repeat do not come here

Received the wrong order of 3 pizzas and cheesy bread. Called in and the lady on the phone told us to keep it since the policy is they can't take back food once the customers have it. Since there's only 2 of us who can't eat all that pizza we chose to give it to our neighbors with kids. Delivery driver arrived with our correct order and demanded to have the wrong order back. Informed the driver what the lady on the phone said. Driver seemed unhappy and claimed the store changed his policy. Not sure if this is the best way to handle a wrong order especially when it comes to food.

I ordered for pizza with extra sauce and a dipping side. They made the pizza with usual amount of sauce and also forgot to deliver the dipping side. When I spoke to the manager, he was very rude in addressing the issue and said “their sales won’t get affect if I don’t order” and also cut the call abruptly. This was very harsh.

Ordered online for delivery. Website stated open until 1am. However, it was actually closed. I still was charged. The following day they told me they could not help and directed me to the corporate line. Corporate were helpful but stated I could not be refunded as this location was a franchise. Corporate did contact them on my behalf but have received no further information. Be very careful ordering online. They will not refund you. EDIT: So, as you can see, the owner did respond. However, the comment was only to appear to readers that they want to do the right thing. I responded to their email with 1 hour of the post with all the information regarding the stolen money dominos has. No response. Please look to other places that are not total crooks. These are not good people.

I had ordered, from their parking lot, 2 pizzas. A regular medium and a gluten and dairy free pizza. Went inside to pick them up, but had the employee check my GF/DF pizza before I left the store with it to make sure it was correctly made. It was not...they had put cheese on it when I had ordered it with no cheese, plus it stated on the order "no cheese". So while my son sat and ate his pizza, I had to wait for them to remake my pizza. I had already paid for them when I ordered them. So I was not going to just forgo my pizza and leave. I keep running into this problem from every pizza place I go to, regardless of the company. I just wish they would thoroughly read their orders so this does not keep happening. I will keep visiting Domino's Pizza, because I feel they have the best tasting GF/DF pizza, when it is made correctly and regardless of which of their stores I visit.

Phone in system discriminates against the cognitively disabled. My cousin can always order pizza himself when he talks to a human being. Your system kept adding items to his order while wssvtrying to ask simple questions. He thought he was talking to some guy. I wish you cared about people with certain disabilities. You claim you do. But do you?

Poor store support. Please do not order from here. Placed order at 10:46am for 12pm delivery. Order was actually delivered at 1:07pm. Online tracker said driver left the store at 12. I called store for an update at 12:20pm and they put my call on hold and never answered it. Tried several times to get in touch. Never ordering from this place again.
