Bruegger's Bagels

Had to wait until 10:00 for the place to be opened only to find out they were only taking orders from grubhub! Why would I waste my time around for thirty minutes waiting for the lobby to be open just to get bagels when they are not even opening the place up to customers?! I use to come to this place all the time but now I’m thinking of taking my business somewhere else. Good day!

It's a nice bagel shop in a good location. Bagels are good both nothing special, options are... interesting (I think you can get like burgers or something?). The atmosphere inside is kind of weird, sometimes you get helped very quickly and other times you have to wait around for the employees to notice you... but otherwise a nice store, solid food, I come here often.

One-star review because your hours are currently inaccurate. Showing up for breakfast and realizing that you aren't going to get any is not the most fun way to start what is otherwise going to be an awesome day. Please update them online. I'll update my review if you do so. The fact that the summer hours are only posted on your door makes me wonder if you guys are just slacking and don't want corporate to know. For the record, I've generally had positive experiences here. Except that one time you asked me to only have one egg on my bagel because you guys were running low was weird. I would not agree to do that again. Eggs aren't all that rare, nor is your restaurant, so it seems like it would have been easy for you to give me eggsactly what I wanted.
