Kfc

Chicken sandwich was so hard when I bit into it. The outside is suppose to be crispy and it was like a hard rubber, inside was dry not juicy. I’ve always had great food there before but was not fresh. Had to through away. Will not get another unless I go inside and bite into there. This was a week and half ago.

They had a staff shortage!!!! I watched a documentary about the company and learned on there that KFC is valued @ 5 billion...I'm thinking that has zero to do with the individual store owners .KFC Angola Indiana location from what I witnessed today when I ate there needs to CLOSE PERMANENTLY.. To their defense tho staff was extremely FRIENDLY!!!!!!!

The person on the drive thru speaker is rude. No need to complain because he is the manager. Do not spend more than 30 seconds reading the menu or you will be told to come inside to order. Do not ask for dark meat you will be told to wait 1 hour. Do not question the 1 hour wait, you will be asked to leave. I will never come to this location again. I recommend that everyone drive 20 minutes to Coldwater MI until this location makes some changes.

Unedible I came to you guys 20 minutes before closing I expected that my food would be proper had to wait 20 minutes to have my chicken tenders cooked and I guess you didn't care about the rest of the meal because I get cold popcorn chicken sides it tasted like they were made at 12:00 noon and I've been sitting in a heat chamber until closing time I just feel like I got robbed by a franchise and you have now lowered the value of the name I will never return to this KFC because it shows that your employees are more worried about getting out of the store so they're shutting down things early instead of actually being there until closing time like you should if you don't enjoy your job you shouldn't work there

Person taking the order through drive thru was rushed and therefore came across Ed very rude. When I got to the window and was told I was paying $27 for 12 strips and 1 drink, I asked the girl if she was sure I was paying only the strips and not for a meal, her manager, who was not even close enough to hear what I said hollered something about everything sky rocketing, I took mercy on the young teenage girl working the window and did not push to clarify further. I get being busy and I understand prices are stupid right now, but I don't understand rudeness. My purchase helps you get paid and if the roles were reverse, how would you have reacted in my position?

The boy at the drive through in Angola on 3/10/22 at 140pm was extremely rude. When I asked for honey with the biscuits, he said I had to ask at the window. I asked at the window, he said he put some in. Got home and there was none. I will never go back and will make sure to pass this info to others.
