Ruby Tuesday

I was there tonight while traveling from new york to wisconsin and our waitress was very friendly and thoughtful and made sure that we had everything we needed. Even if we needed something else she got it right away with no problem. I would of given it 5 stars but some of the food lacked good presentation. My salsbury steak on mashed potaoes looked nothing like the picture but it still tasted pretty good. Chicken tenders were more like tiny over fried longer nuggets but still didnt taste bad. Salad bar needs to be more tidy. The ribs were great ! Mozarella sticks were perfect and good presentation. Drinks were good too. I would come back again and i made sure to tip her well.

Where to begin...we sat at the bar to prevent waiting. We all hear those cringy things about "behind the scenes" in restaurants. Well we witnessed it first hand tonight. The bartender was using her bare hand to cup the ice as she was poring it into drinks. Then, another lady brought huge celery stalks from the kitchen to the bar, again bare handed, and laid them on top of the refrigerator. The refrigerator, in which was also holding a purse, and many dirty dishes. Later ,she put these in a bloody Mary drink. We never did receive our food. Not sure I wanted it anyway 😝 when we asked to pay for our drinks, we gave her cash and was only expecting $4 in change. We waited, as she was right in front of us at the register, 5 minutes later, no change, we told her she could just keep it. We never 1 time received an apology nor explanation. So we left after sitting there for over an hour with no dinner.

we went here after applebees had a 45 minute wait. now i can see why people were waiting. my son ordered a pizza. it was straight out of the microwave and not cooked. took one bite and informed the waiter that it was terrible. waiter did not seem to care. i had a burger. ordered it medium and it came out charred. the restaurant and restrooms were dirty. they still charged us for the pizza. we have been to a few ruby tuesdays and they have been great. this one i would avoid.
