Great place! Great food! Great service! We went here right after our wedding, our families included which made about 35 people, and we loved the service!

Love What A Burger but sadly this one has customer service issues about 75% of the time. Last time I was there I waited 45 mins (I used the app so add 10 mins drive to that) for 2 burgers 2 onion rings and 1 fry. When I asked what the issue was I was told " we're just really busy" (they were not) then I was told "we are under staffed" nope just as many people as normal. Then I got my order... The fries and onion rings were great and hot ... But the burgers were cold ... Not cool ... Cold! Thankfully it is not always like this because this is the only one within 18 miles from my house.

I usually get drive through because dinning area feels crowded. Food is great and staff as well.

Do not order online!!! Seems like they push those orders behind the drive thru and curbside!!! I waited an hour not only today but a month ago!! The management needs to be upgraded to caring and positive people. Won't go as far as saying I'll never eat here again because that's not true.....but I'm deleting my app and staying away for awhile!!
*****UPDATE 09/28/23***** not sure what changes they have made but I have no complaints. So much, that I'm changing the star level from a 1 to a 5!!!! They have been absolutely wonderful lately!! Even during busy times!!!!

They have the absolute best banana pudding milkshake and I love the french fries but those are the only thing things I've ever eaten there

Went through the drive thru around lunch time. There was a little bit of a wait but nothing too bad and the food was fresh and quick.

This location does a great job keeping the place clean and running efficiently. Most of the time they get your order ready quick.

Didn't go inside to check the atmosphere but the food and drive thru service is always good. That's why I keep coming back. Keep up the great service and food.
