Firehouse Subs

We came in for dinner and this place was filthy. All the tables were dirty and the floors were absolutely filthy . It was 6pm and there was 2 other people inside. No reason for the filth. One of the workers in back handling food had long hair and wasn’t pulled back… the workers were to busy playing instead of working. We won’t be back

The girl taking my order had a horrible attitude and one of the male workers had long, greasy hair that was not pulled back. The poor manager/shift leader with the orange shirt and beard was the only one working, and had to stop what he was doing because the 3 people on the line obviously couldn’t handle more than 2 customers… It’s sad to see how the quality of this restaurant has severely declined.

Had a great birthday free club on a sub. Great staff who always greet you when you come in. Bathrooms are clean and have plenty of room for a wheelchair. Drink machine has tons of choices and add ins. Freshly made sandwiches served with a smile. My fireman husband got a free drink which is also a nice perk. Unfortunately fireman don't get many thanks or perks so every small thing is a big deal!

Food was fine and I really used to enjoy coming in occasionally. But I don’t know if I’ll ever go back. I was eating lunch with my aunt, whom I hadn’t seen in a while since C ovid and we were talking. The guy who works at the front must have known my aunt because he came over and said loudly about me, “Is she ever going to stop talking? Does she ever come up for air? I’m watching y’all and she doesn’t even breathe!” And I was mortified. I was so embarrassed I felt like crying but didn’t say anything and laughed it off. It’s taken several months to realize that what he said and did was totally not ok, especially since I didn’t even know him personally. I’m a stay at home Mom and I rarely get time to myself or out with family. His comments made me feel self conscious and I don’t think I’ll ever come back.
