Messed up my order twice. It's like none of the employees could hear me say "toasted cheddar chalupa deluxe box". First time I went through the drive thru, they gave me just a burrito and a hard taco with cinnamon twists. Their excuse? They heard me see the normal cravings box, an item not on the menu nor is available anymore according to the last time k was there. They ended up giving me a thing of nachos and cheese and a NORMAL chalupa after sitting in the drive thru for an even longer time than the first time through. Is the toasted cheddar chalupa not available anymore or are the 5 teenagers working the store by themselves all have some need for hearing aids?

A little annoyed, if you are going to charge $2.10 to add tomato to your tacos, I would appreciate more than just four little cubes of tomato on each of my taco. I am not exaggerating either. There is very little tomato on there, that it's easy to count.

If you're living in the Jewel Lake area and you have a craving for some Tex-Mex then visiting Taco Bell is a great idea. The drive-thru is a little funky because the line will literally divide the parking lot. If you see a line in the drive-thru then park and go inside for quicker service.

I got my Military discount and I hung out for a little while. Then I took off. Great service. Glad that the lobby is open a while because I am a frequent customer. Thank you for opening up again for foot traffic!:

I'm not sure what his name is, but one of the cooks at this location that I just visited is probably the hardest working employees I've ever encountered at taco bell. Not to say the other employees aren't working hard but that gentleman definitely deserves a raise.

This was my first Taco Bell experience ever and let me tell you, it could not have been better. The staff was courteous and friendly, service was exceptionally fast and the premises were clean. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking for a quick tasty bite.

Employees are nice to customers...but speak very rudely to each other often yelling loud enough to be heard throughout the dining area.
