Clean. Good variety of stores. Our luggage was destroyed on the flight to Alaska so we bought a set at Penneys. Great little cake and coffee shop downstairs. Stores were all open even with the unusually heavy snows they had experienced.

Again just visited for the nostalgia. Only place worth while going to is the Michael Kors store.

This is Midnight Sun Cafe located in the lower level of the mall parking lot. Really good coffee here in the heart of Downtown Anchorage. Good food, pastries, soup. They are doing their part to keep people safe and keep the doors open. Go show Midnight Sun Cafe some love.

A lot of changes since the pandemic outbreak occurred some stores are still opened and others are permanently closed what's creepy is the security guards I'd never felt like I'm safe there weird vibes like that I should keep my defense up or something?
I'm not going to go over during evening hours again.
I felt like I was in a horror movie.

Beautiful mall and clean, including the restrooms. This mall is very very attentive to their restrooms. The customer service was nice at most of the stores I visited. We parked in the parking structure which has an elevator to take you directly to mall entrance. During the winter this is really a great feature that attracts me to this mall.
