Taco Bell

This picture is just one example. My husband and I went to the Amsterdam location and ordered almost $40 worth of food. The cashier handed us our card and drinks and gave us a bag full of food. We questioned it due to it being quick. We pulled over and checked, sure enough more than half the order was missing and what we did get was wrong. This picture is a chipotle ranch chicken burrito (hold the chicken). It was a burrito with lettuce and tomato. We went back in to have the order corrected. The cashier took our receipt and food, we went over the order twice(plus she had the receipt With the order!). Gave us another bag of food, with everything wrong and half of the order missing again. Cashier also substituted food because they didn’t want to make more chips for nachos.

I frequent this Taco Bell location with my family and anytime we order through the drive thru, they always forget at least 1 item in our order or give us something else instead of what we actually ordered and we don’t check the bag before pulling off (which is our mistake given their track record of forgetting items). Tonight we ordered from there and they forgot my cheesy Gordita crunch so my boyfriend had to go back for that, and my Crunchwrap supreme had barely any meat in it (see the picture?!) very disappointed with this location. The service is always nice but it’s frustrating they always forget something in our order and the lack of ingredients in the food is disappointing. My Crunchwrap supreme was basically just lettuce and cheese sauce.

We were traveling and went in to order and use the bathroom. The bathrooms were fine. The problem came when there was no person to take our order...it was just a kiosk! If you know the menu well and don't want alterations or have questions, this might be fine. That wasn't the case for us. We got napkins and sauce and left to get in the drive up lane. Ordering was fine..thankfully we had sauce because the worker didn't ask if we wanted any! The tacos weren't good. My daughter ate one and opened the other and took a bite and then said it was awful; she opened it up and said the meat was raw looking and it was gross. They probably just got the order wrong but still, she only ate one and trashed the other. There was a lot of nacho cheese put on my hard shell tacos...so gross! I'm not sure when that started or if it was a mistake but I have never had them like that before and I didn't eat my tacos either because of it. The building was clean and my daughter enjoyed her slushy.

Stopped in last week to grab a quick meal around 11AM and Im glad I went in to order, which probably saved myself from a possible case of food poisoning. First off when I took one step on the floor I almost fell because is was so greasy and slimy. I thought it might have been overwaxed until I went up to the counter. When I got up there not one employee was in sight and there was a ton of squashed food and garbage on the kitchen floor behind the counter. The entire restaurant smelled putrid even through my mask! I immediately knew I would never eat anything from this disgusting place and quickly made my exit. With a brand NEW Chipotle going in across the street, you should really clean up your act Taco Bell!
