Worst Tim's experience coming from a Canadian. The customer service reps first gave us half cup of french vanilla. When we told them it was half full, then they said machine is down and took few minutes. Right after that they replaced our french vanilla with a new one and put it on the pick up counter and did not tell us it was sitting there. So much attitude. Teach these kids some politeness.

I have waited a few days to write this. I have a problem with a company, not the workers, who don't understand how to add. When a special happens they seem to think it's ok to make the computer upscale the price to the special. Check the price of a large latte with a flavor shot, but make the shot the seasonal flavor and they make you pay .40 more because that is the difference to what I ordered and the seasonal special that I did not order. Now it isn't about the minor cost, this is about principal. I have to pay for the extras I don't want. Whip cream and all that goes with the special. I do not find the staff pleasant, they always sound miserable. And things get worse when you point this fact out to them. Usually my latte is wrong. I have had to go back everytime. I used to be a fan.... no longer.

Asked for an everything bagel, double toasted with cream cheese and got a plain bagel single toasted with barely any cream cheese. Sick of Tim Hortons’ inconsistency.

Was having an issue with a crew member and asked to speak to a manager. The supervisor Lexi was a great help. Thank god she was there she handled things wonderfully.

They gave me "nitro" lemonade- it was plain lemonade without any foam. When I asked to fix it - it took 10 minutes for them to give me another drink. Guess what - the fixed version was the same drink, but with whipped cream on top. Terrible.

The person who took my order was not pleasant. She did not tell me the total of my order and when I asked her she replied snappily. The person who gave me my order, made up for it. She was very pleasant and upbeat.

Made an order waited 25 minutes in the drive thru then asked for a refund and was told he couldn't refund my money after I watched him put my money in the register then wouldn't give us there names . Absolutely unprofessional and ignorant.
