I hate to give bad reviews. The food was good. The portions were fair. The employees were nice. It was 2pm on a Tuesday. Only 2 people were there when I arrived and no one else came in to eat except 1 person that came in to pick up an order. So it wasn't busy at all. However, the entire restaurant was filthy. That is an absolute deal killer for a restaurant. The health department would shut you down on the spot. I am not joking. Every single surface in the place was greasy. The front counter, the window counter for picking up your order, the pop machine, many of the tables. You could see that the touch screen the counter person uses was extremely dirty. The kitchen is very visible and all the prep surfaces were filthy. The sides of the kitchen equipment, same. It looked bad all the way to the back As I said, the employees were nice. Their clothes were not clean either. They weren't busy. There was quite a bit of standing around so they could have been cleaning. Sorry for the bad review but this is not acceptable for a restaurant

I ordered possibly to most simple order from this location mid afternoon on a Thursday so it was not busy. I ordered mild wings, and that is all. I received half BBQ and Half lemon pepper. I understand mistakes happen and I just wanted what I ordered. Didn’t ask for a refund or anything like that. The First Lady I talked to had me explain everything and tells me she can’t find the ticket. Okay, I have all the documents on my phone ready to display, along with everything I ordered and the Wingstop bag in my possession. She handed me off to another lady who was quick to mock me and tell me the order did not exist. I told her I’m sitting to the right of the food, drink, and bag right now, and she sarcastically told me to breathe. I told her she’s not going to tell me what to do, which infuriated her to the point of aggressively and loudly saying she won’t fix my order and hung up on me. So I’m sitting here enjoying these honey bbq and lemon pepper wings and I absolutely hate them. Pretty simple order, pretty simple mistake, should have been a simple resolution, but sometimes the most simple things are the most difficult for some people.

Way to greasy,my wings were sitting in a puddle of grease,fries were Luke warm. The over cooked fries were better than the chicken. I decided to try the parmesan chicken! The seasoning looked as though they used the wide open side of the seasoning bottle instead of sprinkling it on. Way over season. DONT DO BUFFALO WILD WINDS ! They need to change their oil or something. That's why only 2 stars, my 14 year old son could have done better with store bought chicken.

Very tasty wings boneless or bone in. Louisiana Rub flavor, were crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside. The Cajun flavor was a nice level of heat, not to hot, fries are seasoned perfectly, though a little greasy, overall very good, almost 20 min wait from counter till I got my order, no wifi, bike racks, delivery or catering, Ill be back though! All orders come with a 20 oz drink, upgradeable to a 32 oz drink, 8 wings (2 different flavors, 4 choices of sauces), fries (or another side), plus drink was $10.49, dollar more for bone-in...

Took 15 mins more than supposed to be. Too much seasonings on the fries. If there is no description, it’s even hard to say which one is which one. Amount of food was huge, more than what you would expect. About the same price and more amount of food than Buffalo Wild wings, but bit lower in quality. I guess there was only 1 person in the kitchen but people don’t care so lol Should get better to compete with buffalo wild wings I guess lol

This was our first time here. Girl at the counter could have been friendlier, but the rest makes up for it. Was told 18 mins and was closer to 10. Boneless wings were crispy and juicy. Mango Habanero was delicious. Not too sweet and plenty of spice. Hawaiian needed a little more flavor. Fries are hand cut and delicious. Honey mustard was great, as was the ranch. Prices are very reasonable, good sauce selection, service was ok. Overall we will definitely go back.
