Mcdonald's

I usually go once every week or two and they are consistent. I order through the app, but have been coming to this store for years, before they tore it down and replaced it with the current store. People who are expecting the same service as a sit down restaurant are going to be disappointed. People who understand what McDonald's is like and understand sometimes it will be great, but horrible others will be fine. It is a fast food restaurant with usually teenagers running it as a first job. Be patient and check your order or be prepared for mistakes. Overall, it is cheap food fast. They deliver a product consistent with any McDonald's.

Ordered online for curbside pickup. Staff did not bring the food out, so, I went in, they had my family's food just sitting there. The guy who came to talk to me said he was waiting on drinks (it had been nearly 20 minutes). He handed me the drinks after literally 2 minutes. The whole time he was moving extremely slow and talking like he was high. Picture the sloth on Zootopia serving you your food. Then, didn't put straws on the bag or anything. Didn't say anything when I got my food. I had to say have a nice day and he just blew it off. 😒

Horrible service. Horrible customer service. Horrible food made completely incorrect when the order is extremely basic off their menu with NO special request. I have tried this location 3 times for children purposes & still the exact same results. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but I do NOT recommend this location at all. Do NOT waste your money.

Waited in drive thru at the order board for 10 minutes and no one answered. Drove up to the window and there were two different employees that walked by and looked at us but completely ignored. Waited an additional 10 minutes with no response. They appeared to be cleaning, but could not give a courtesy notice of this. Drove to the front of the store and two teenagers were playing on their phones at the tables with their drinks in front of them and their hoodies up over their heads, one teenager sweeping. In the 20 minutes we were there, at least a dozen other customers came and went without a response from the employees inside. This occurred an hour before the posted closing time.

Wife and kids went up this morning. Their drinks were pure syrup, they forgot items on the order, and the snapped her debit card. What's worse is they wrapped it in the receipt to hide it. Sad thing is, despite all of this, it's still only the 2nd worst McDonald's experience and 3rd worst fast food experience we've ever had.

One of the worst McDonald's in town for sure. Ran by kids, that never get orders right. I honestly don't know why I continue going there other than it being close and convenient. Up until you have to wait 30 minutes because your food is wrong. Then dispite several failed attempts to correct it, you'll most likely always leave with wrong food.
