Taco Bell

If I could give 0 stars I would! Worst customer service I’ve ever seen and the “manager” was very rude and inconsiderate. After they messed up the order they told me to go around and they would fix it. Then after waiting in line they said they couldn’t and tried to charge me to fix their mistake. Then when I said I asked if it was okay to request what I ordered and was informed it was okay I proceeded to let the so called manager know it was their error so then she slammed the window and locked it. I don’t recommended this Taco Bell to anyone! I have never experienced this bad of service anywhere! Disappointed all around! Definitely need new and smarter employees.

Absolutely awful service. They will say are finishing your drive-thru order and send you around to the side of the building. I have flagged them down twice in the last 45 minutes and still have not received my order. I know that they would rather not deal with someone who is unsatisfied, but by now I'm pretty sure they're doing this to me on purpose.

I went to the drive-thru today. When the girl asked me what kind of hot sauce I wanted after a $38 order I told her I wanted hot and mild five of each when she asked how many. I also ordered a large Coke and a large Sprite. When I got to the window she didn't give me my drink so when I asked for him I had to once again give her the credit card because she said she didn't charge for them. The time I got at home there was no hot sauce in the bags either. I think the girl was in the third grade I found her extremely rude and frankly not very educated.

Charged me different than the menu price and then told me when I asked too bad play what I told you rude!!!! then what I bought they didn't even care like the burritos item on one half and the other items on the other half make my order all messed up because they were mad at what I said I guess that thing is 20 years ago I used to work there I would have been fired what happened to classy and respect and Common Sense

Low hanging fruit reviewing another Taco Bell, but all of the good, real restaurants get mad at me for reviewing them, so here we are. Anyway, this isn't a review quite as much as it is a question. How does this Taco Bell location remain in business with so much dysfunction, disorganization, and general chaos? Bonus question: How does one forget the taco shell for a taco?
