OK first of all...how cute is it this taco bell is in the 'Bell' plaza😄😊? Secondly I just wanted to review because we received really good service here. We did have a bit of a complicated order but it was completely correct. The lady at the drive through was very polite and nice, we asked if they could half the burrito for my husband and I to share🤦‍♀️...I know I know but it was his idea, but they did! Super nice. They seemed to be very short staff but honestly we couldn't tell, the line moved quickly and it took us all of 5 min to order and get to the window.

I give y'all 5 stars because of the young lady who was in the drive through working 5-02-2022 at 10pm she is very nice and got exactly what my daughter wanted the fries with no seasoning with cheese. Thank you for being awesome. The food was perfect everyone who worked this night thank you dealing with some of us complicating people. 💕

The most horrific experience I've had. Taco Bell has always been my favorite fast food but they are now on my "Do Not Return" list. I waited 35 minutes in line (after I paid) for 4 tacos & 1 burrito... then my order was wrong. I even knocked on the window after 20 minutes to make sure they were safe! I thought maybe something catastrophic had happened inside. Nope... they were good. I was told "they're making it" but no other comment. Never... Never again!

The quality and quantity of food we received from this place is a joke! First time there and we will not be going back! I paid for tacos and received taco shells most of my tacos had less than a table spoon of meat!!! Sad part is the manager took my order and didn’t care to tell me that they didn’t have enough product to complete my order correctly I wouldn’t of cared if they were honest but why make someone pay for something that is isn’t going to be made correctly!! It’s a waste of my money and my time!!

This Taco Bell has the worst service and quality I've ever seen within the chain. Whether you are the only customer or in line, the service always takes an incredibly long time. I understand it is one thing to be understaffed with a longer wait time, but when I pull up to the window, several workers are seen standing around on their phones. Since the wait is so long, I try to order on the app so it is easier and quicker for the workers, but they are almost always out of some staple ingredient(s). So order whatever you'd like but be aware that there is a good chance you'll have to order something different, or that the workers will get the order wrong. Or, if you're ordering after 10pm, there's a good chance that you'll arrive at the restaurant and the worker will say, "Sorry, we closed early." Again, I understand being understaffed but when I pull past the window, you can again see several workers on their phone standing around. If the place is closed, then send the workers home and turn off the lights. Otherwise, be expected to prepare someone's order. Each of these has occurred on several different occasions and every time, the workers are rude. Better to save your money and your time and just go to the Whataburger further down the street.

Ordered an entire meal for a family of four. Most of which consisted of chicken. I was asked to hold on a second. Waited 3 minutes, and then got asked what I wanted to order. After some confusion explaining that I had already ordered I got told they don't have chicken and can't make a majority of my order. ...an thanks to the construction of the Taco Bell their was no leaving the drive thru.

This is hands down the worst taco bell location in the state. I used to work here, they have steadily downgraded for years. I ordered quesadillas last night, no jalapeño cheddar sauce, hardly any meat, no cheese. This night crew should be fired. They are garbage. Wife's crunchwrap, hardly anything in it. The quesadilla, not cut into slices.... just a tortilla folded in half with some meat in it. Jesus. Have some self respect. Must be hard to be a night cook at a fast food restaurant. Must be real hard to stick a tortilla in a hot press and then cut it into slices. Get a grip. I have a four year old thst can make a better meal.
