Charleys Philly Steaks

Took forever to order but the food came out quickly. An employee got into an argument with a customer and the manager didn't do much to ease the tension. Also, it would be nice if the area was clean just because it's a shared space doesn't mean it can't be clean. It really should move out of the mall..

Food was good but the service was completely unacceptable. The guy running the grill had a really bad attitude, especially after I showed him that my order was wrong (receipt confirms this). He then condescendingly asked me "what do you want on it?" Additionally, he claimed that he couldn't grill the tomatoes -- I've visited 4 other Charley's and I've never had this issue. Next time I'm in Amarillo, I won't be coming back here.

The "owner" is a disgusting human bean he was out load Insulting a young couple who was taking to cps worker he was calling them bums and that they deserve what there going throw and it is none of his Business they did nothing to the "owner" said nothing to him the mall Security had to get Involved because the "owner" came around the Counter to get in that familys face i recorded the Entire incident and i have talked to the family on Suing yall what took place on 01/21/2022 at charleys was Absolutely disgusting and i hope somthing will be done about it
