Rude 3rd grader working drive thru at 2:30 today. Order wrong. Forgot sauces when told we needed 5 hot and 5 mild. Maybe they need to hire people that give a heck about customer service. Never will go to this location again.So rude and so ignorant. Order was also wrong. WARNING... DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION!!

I come to this location often! I usually order a combination burrito, add sour cream! You charge me extra, for the sour cream....but 9 times out of 10, I DON'T GET IT!! Why not?? I want all my sour cream $ back! I'll be waiting for your reply! Again I ordered the same thing 2 months later and NO SOUR CREAM...BUT YOU CHARGED Me for it!! How do you get SOUR CREAM?? I'm not trying any more. No one there cares!! I accidentally tried them again on 6/11/22...My BAD!! I ORDERED A COMBO BURRITO, ADD SOUR CREAM. A COMBO CHALUPE, no tomatoes. I got home with no sour cream and 🍅's!! Why offer choices, if you don't get any!! You guys should get it together!!

Yay! This morning we had the best breakfast burritos. We eat here every time we come to Amarillo. Dinner night before last was back up to what we’d come to expect from this location. Staff is always friendly. Thank you Eleazar Monreal!
