Wendy's

I only eat a cheeseburger about once a year for obvious reasons but just in case you don't know there are terrible for the environment and the number one cause of death. So when I do, I really enjoy one for obvious reasons, they taste amazing... usually. You can clearly tell everyone that works here eats here regularly and they don't eat the salads haha they all appear to have one foot in the grave like a coma state. Have you ever heard of a mouth breather? Their food is a direct reflection of that. Dry old and no good. Plus they forgot to put fries in so we had to wait quite some time for those making us late heading down to the airport. I have eaten here one other time a few years ago which was just as terrible as this time. This will be the last time.. I still love everyone equally 😇 God bless them I hope someone convinces them to eat some vegetables 🙏🏻

This happened at Wendys by North point mall, Alpharetta . My review initially got posted to a different wendys. I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches. For 15+$ and waiting 10 minutes, we got just chicken on the bun, nothing else. The man was rude also. That is not how Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich is done. ******* Saw the response from the owner. Speed was not problem, it is quality of service and food.

Went there today at 11:12 a.m. according to my receipt. I got there and there was one person in line in front of me, but no cashier. Manager in the kitchen area, someone at the drive thru and a cook. None greeted us or even grunted. After a few minutes, another lady came to the register to clock in with the managers assistance. Neither of them grunted at the 3 of us in line. Finally, the lady clocking in put on an apron and went to the register. No apology, no greeting, no grunt. I got my food without a comment from her and went over to the ketchup dispenser. I pressed on the handle to dispense ketchup and before I could react, the front of my pants were sprayed with ketchup! It was on me, the counter, and the floor. I couldn't get any help from any of the employees! I made my my way over to the counter and asked for assistance in getting my food to go so that I could go home and change; I was handed a bag! No Assistance! Furious, I left the store and called the number at the bottom of my receipt and spoke to a Hispanic (accent) manager. He had a complete "what do you want me to do about it attitude." No offer to send my clothes to the cleaners, no let me give you are refund, yet he was happy to tell me that he would buy me a meal on my next visit! I waited to calm down and went back into the restaurant. I asked the cashier for the Hispanic Manager. She turned to Nathaniel (not the Hispanic) and sent him over to me. I showed him the damage done to my clothing and he stated with an attitude "so, what do you want from me?" His attitude was completely "so what and now get out of my restaurant and don't bother me!" Covered in remnants of catch across the front of my pants, as I am storming out of the door, he says to my back "have a great day!" You are not going to get anything that resembles customer service, courtesy or a grunt from this restaurant!

Greeted when I walked in, but was not helped at the front counter when I wanted to place an order. Stood there for a few minutes, then two employees argued about who's job it was to take food orders up front, and then stood there for a couple minutes more after their conversation had ended. Walked out without service and went to another restaurant in the area

The food is great. Tasty burgers and probably the best fast food fries. The problem with this specific Wendy's is the staff. Often both slow and ride. Also, I recommend you don't use the Wendy's app for one of their offers the staff is always confused and annoyed by the app. The staff needs to be trained or replaced. I went through the drive thru and made the mistake of not checking my order. I had two disappointed grandchildren when they found out they had no chocolate milk for their lunch! I had to go back later to get the milks and ended up buying Frostys! I wish fast food places trained their employees to make sure the orders are correct.
