7-eleven

I was here today with my kids and my neighbor (Christmas day) and the Cashier was really rude, her demeanor changed for no apparent reason and I felt unsafe with her quick mental instability. so I ended up leaving everything on the counter and left. (including 2 slurpies) which My friend just informed me she looked over her receipt and she was charged for them. Even after the cashier was told our stuff was separate!!!! So the unknowingly already paid for slurpies were left on the counter. This isn't the first time this lady was rude. Seems like if a prior customer causes her an inconvenience she takes it out on other customers.

Kind of torn about this location. A few minutes before entering the store, one of the straps on my mask broke. I held it over my face when I entered and the lady up front yelled, "Sir I can't sell to you without a mask!" I explained I didn't have any more in my car and asked if they had spares. She said no but we have them for sale right there! Let me get this straight, I can't buy anything in the store unless I BUY a pack of masks.. I found its worth the extra mile down the road to the other 7-11. More understanding and they have spare masks!! :)

Having worked at a couple c-stores I'll say this store is always clean, courteous and nice. Even when busy. They always seem properly staffed and have had the same people there for a while. Coffee is fresh. The Mgr. Works the register. Yup. He is there and attentive. Wow. I am moving and will miss this store and its staff. They do a good job and deserve to be commended. Best C-store I've been a customer.

Today Dec 1st went to the store for some coffee the black female employee was rude. I was preparing my coffee with some cream, and she yelled to me "Are you okay?" And the proceeds to stand across me staring at what I was doing. I felt uncomfortable. I grab some beer and doughnuts and she was still watching me as if I'm sort of a criminal or something. Went to pay asked her if the coffee was still a $1 and with a bad mood she said "mmmhmmmm." Asked her again and she said it again like that. I've come to this 7-Eleven and all employees are nice and friendly, never saw her there before but she should learn how to be freindly to customers, learn some customers service!!!!

I asked an employee for help on an item and she was literally ignoring me like she had no intention to help me ! I complained to her manager about the situation, luckily the manager knew what I was look for ! If that employee doesn’t like her job ! Work somewhere else you should never be rude to a customer!
