Subway

OK I hadn't issued not with Subway itself I had an issue with the doordash app which that has been complained about and resolved but anyways my refuse my review is more towards the customer service I received from an individual at the actual store Sarah she is a great customer service representative she is polite she is knowledgeable and she does what she needs to be done to help the customer resolve his issue no matter what it might be I had a very very weird request And she didn't bad an eye she didn't complain she didn't Huff and puff she just acknowledged what I wanted repeat it back to me to make sure it was what I wanted and get it done I want to send ten stars to Sarah at subway in alma on 71 hwy but at least it only lasts me give five stars if I was for sure she get Acknowledge for this I'll create 10 more accounts just to sing her prays my kids r wired and she made them happy thank u so much Sarah I hope someone somewhere sees this and gives u a raise like an extra 3 dollars

I love subway so I’m so disappointed with how every order I’ve made had been handled at this location (evening shift each time). The last four orders I’ve placed, either online or through the drive thru, have come completely wrong. They have toasted the wrong sandwiches almost every time and I’ve ordered multiple sandwiches with extra cheese (which costs extra) and have not received it on any of them on EVERY single one of the last four orders I’ve made. I’ve submitted a survey explaining this and have never gotten a response, and I have had to call multiple times to ever get anyone to answer the phone in the actual store to make them aware. so I’ve quit trying and will no longer visit this subway.

Food is good. However, service is really bad. Extremely rude workers, they don’t say thank you or have a nice day, simple customer service etiquette. They get frustrated if you have a large order. They don’t like to repeat the order back to you. This is the third or fourth visit that has been this way, that’s the reason for this review.
