Pizzaville

We thought to try the pizza here one day and since then, this restaurant has been our go to place for pizza. We like the panzerotti, and the thin crust cheese pizza. They are always willing to customize the items for you. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a nice seating area with booths for small parties.

We usually buy our pizza here, but decided to give the new competition in town a try tonight - very underwhelming despite all the hype. We wished we had our usual from Pizzaville instead. The crust is not soggy. It's done to our liking pretty much every time (and we like it well done). It has fresh ingredients too and they are well balanced. In other words, one ingredient doesn't overpower the other flavours unlike the competitor's. The price here is very reasonable and when we order online, it's ready when they say it will be. They do a great pizza with plenty of flavour here. We are going to stick with our favourite from now on. Thanks for the tasty pizza!

Customer Service could use some major work. 6-7 people working 4 of which were doing nothing but talking at the front area I was waiting holding a baby in a carseat (heavy) had to wait 4-5 min for someone to even say "Give me a minute". If y'all think talking is more important than a paying customer that's a good way to lose customers.Even if your super busy just say "Hi there give me a minute please!" that's good customer service.

I'll start by saying the toppings were spot on. You can taste the freshness and the pizza had the right ratio of meat, vegetables and cheese. However, the pizza was undercooked and the crust was far too thin for a 5 topping large pizza. If this is how thin the "regular" crust is I would love to see what they call a thin crust pizza. Besides these two small things the pizza is really good. Delivery was timely, earlier than it estimated online and they had some decent deals to get a meal at a reasonable price.
