I've been drinking Dunkin coffee for years, but this morning, I had the BEST iced coffee EVER made by Tonya. She was super super nice, even stirred my coffee, not just give it a half-a**ed shake like every other employee here does. Tonya definitely deserves a raise, she's awesome.

I was totally disappointed for the quality here. Actually I’ve tried almost Dunkin’s store in Allentown, but this one is worst😢

Hi. if you want friendly customer service here's a good place. But to be real their coffee is just a little weak. Ask for 1 shot of expresso with your coffee to balance out the strength 💪 😉

The girl at the register was nice, She took my order and made sure it was correct. I don’t know whoever made the drinks messed them up. I asked for oatmilk in three drinks and 2 were messed up. The espresso was bitter and the drink was watered down. If i’m paying this much money I want to get my money’s worth. I understand everywhere is short staffed, but If you aren’t cut for a fast pace job do not work in food.

Ok the two star rating is really to draw attention to the fact that there was one and only one poor lady on staff in the building during the morning rush....a line of people out the door and we all felt so bad for her. She was hustling to the best of her ability and we all tipped her out accordingly. I understand that staffing is a bad landscape during the issues that the country is now going thru but really....the next location is not even 5 minutes away and imo this lady should have been assigned to that location with a much Fuller staff and management should close this location until staff and customers can both have a better experience.

So I kinda feel bad for the employees, which is why my 3 stars is generous.
I did a mobile order. Walked in and 5 other people were waiting on orders. They seemed super short staffed. There was no AC, which seems to be an ongoing issue per other reviews. I told them my name for my order, the coffee was made good and quick, but she didn't realize I also ordered food. They didn't have the meat of choice or small cold drink cups, which isn't a huge deal, but seems like an ongoing issue.
The staff was super friendly, even though they were visibly stressed, busy and just got yelled at by a nasty customer.
I personally will never come back here, partly due to this experience.

Just went there for small coffee and a toasted bagel. The employees were kind. If you around the are pay them a visit.
