The coffee was fantastic and service was very fast. I got their Cake Batter Signature Latte for my hair stylist and myself and we both loved it!

This is the only dukin dougnts I swear you have to go with excat change . They will hold your money or "jokingly" ask for your change and hold the money in their hand until you pull it out of their hands or pull off. It's a shame I have to drive all the way to fogsville for better service. They really need to be checked for the service they have .

I come here regularly since it’s right next to my job. Every single time I come SOMETHING is always messed up. I’m not one to return my stuff, especially when I go through the drive-through. Today I received a coffee (latte) and half my drink was foam. The last time this did this bad I returned it, the guy in the window gave me a dirty look and told me I need to order better next time. I’m so utterly disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be coming here again.

Fast easy comfort food. But let's face it we go for the coffee and doughnuts lol. Don't let a long line at the drive-thru intimidate you trust me when I say service is speedy. America definitely runs on Duncan and how do we ever love our coffee.

So I'm not trying to be a Karen here, but ugh. I love the food and the speed every day, and if I order from the speaker they're accurate. But this location is absolutely INCAPABLE of getting mobile orders correct!! I've made a total of 5 mobile orders from them over the past month, and EVERY SINGLE ONE has had something wrong. First time, they completely forgot the munchkins I ordered. The second time, they missed giving me a snack order of 3. The third time, they forgot my sandwich. Today, they gave me the wrong doughnut. It's not like I order exorbitant amounts of food. I get a simple 2 or 3 items each time, but they can't get that right? Frustrating af. Be sure to ALWAYS check your bags if you make a mobile order from this location!!

Wednesday 8/4 I was literally yelled at while trying to order. I misunderstood what the worker was saying about ingredients that they were out of and he blatantly started yelling. Not a raised voice, yelling. My nieces were in shock. It was the same employee that shoved my order out the window into my hand without so much as looking at me or saying a word the week before. My parents had the same experience. Prior to July I had decent customer experiences here but I will never return.
