Visited tonight and received missing items from the order. As versus driving back in the rain with 4 hungry kids I opted to call the manager for a credit for later use of for a fresh delivery to replace the items. I was met with the worst customer service from a gentleman who stated his name was Moses. I don’t believe his name was Moses as he argued and stated to leave a google review versus getting store contact information for a formal complaint. His Tone was very rude, non emphatic, and very taunting. The food is typically mediocre but it’s pizza night right so who really cares but when the service is this bad others should know and at the very min double check their orders as I unfortunately did not.

I ordered 3 large topping pizzas, and 24 order of wings on 8/21/20 Katie the General Manager informed me I was charged 15.72 for one of my large pizzas the special is 9.99 large pizzas my total was 65.14 it had been adjusted TIP OR OVERCHARGED with a 10 day hold for a total of $78.17 for 3 large pizzas and 24 wings while stating I did not ask for the special, which was unprofessional and rude of her I asked her for home office number she told me she did not have she informed me that Sal is the AREA Manager and that she did not have his number also I need someone from ALLEN, TX LOCATION TO CONTACT ME about my charge I am not a satisfied customer and this is UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
